Warranty conditions and Correction
All jewelry purchased online or in person has a 6-month warranty.
In the event that your product shows a defect in material or workmanship, we provide you with a six-month warranty covering defects in material and workmanship from the date of purchase.
Our guarantee is valid upon presentation of purchase data (order number and date).
The warranty does NOT cover:
- mechanically caused damage to the jewelry/accessory from dropping, tearing, breaking or other type of violation of the integrity, shape, type, color or size of the item.
- defects that are caused by accident, improper handling, negligence, improper use, care and storage, attempted self-repair, mechanical damage and natural wear and tear.
- stretched elastic cord
The deadline for reviewing the jewelry and confirming or rejecting a claim is 5 working days.
CORRECTION/REPAIR
Conditions:
- InWaves only provides correction on jewelry manufactured by us;
- In order for a repair to be carried out, you need to send all available parts of the jewelry (minimum 70%);
- Courier fees in both directions are at the customer's expense;
- The standard repair time is up to 10 working days.
We ask that you send the jewelry for correction in an appropriate form, according to generally accepted hygiene requirements.
Please note that jewelry models that are heavily depreciated are not subject to adjustment.
Please note that each correction is charged as follows:
1. Broken cord | service: re-threading and adding material (up to 30% missing parts) : 15lv
2. Stretched cord | service: re-stringing (without changing/replacing any jewelry elements) : 10lv.
