RETURN AND EXCHANGE
It is possible that an item does not meet your expectations or you change your mind about purchasing it. For online purchases, you have 14 days to return the item from the date of receipt. To request a refund, please send the item, along with a completed returns form, to the shipping office. Please note that shipping costs are your responsibility. Products must be returned and carefully repackaged in their original packaging and must not show any signs of use.
If you wish to exchange the received product for another, please fill out the exchange form, do not hesitate to send us an email at inwavesatelier@gmail.com if you have any further questions. It is important to us that you are satisfied! When exchanging, we undertake to provide the selected new product within 5 working days. Please note that shipping costs are your responsibility. What the ethics of good business relations require is that the product is unworn and in its original commercial condition.
Please note that earrings are not exchangeable or returnable .
DEFECTIVE AND CONFUSED ITEMS
If you receive an item that is defective, damaged or not what you ordered, please contact us within 14 business days at the email address: inwavesatelier@gmail.com.
We will assist you in resolving the error as quickly as possible by replacing the item or refunding the amount paid. Refunds are made only by bank transfer, within 5 business days of receipt and inspection of the returned item. The defective or mixed item must be returned to us at the shipping office. Shipping fees are our responsibility.
WARRANTY AND CORRECTION
InWaves jewelry is handmade with love and attention to detail.
We guarantee that within a minimum of 6 months, our jewelry will not change color. If this happens and provided that you have complied with the operating conditions, you can return it to us and we will take care of restoring it to its previous appearance. Jewelry service during the warranty period is free of charge. Return shipping costs are our responsibility. Please read more details in the 'Warranty Conditions' section.
After the warranty period expires, if you wish to have your jewelry serviced or repaired, you may be charged a fee. You must send the jewelry to the shipping office. Please note that the shipping fee is your responsibility.
To arrange a correction of your jewelry, we expect you to send it to us, along with a completed correction form. If you have any further questions, we remain available by email at inwavesatelier@gmail.com
